Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By accessing hubofpixels.com or engaging HubOfPixels (“we”, “our”), you agree to these Terms. If you represent an organization, you warrant that you are authorized to bind it to this Agreement.

2. Services

We provide SAP BTP, Fiori, CAP, and enterprise mobility consulting. Scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees are governed by separate statements of work or master service agreements.

3. Use of website

• Do not misuse, attack, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site.
• Do not submit unlawful, confidential, or infringing content without proper rights.
• We may update or remove site content at any time without notice.

4. Confidentiality & IP

Mutual confidentiality obligations apply to materials exchanged during engagements. Unless otherwise agreed, clients own deliverables developed under a signed work order upon full payment; we retain the right to reuse non-client-specific know-how and templates.

5. Payment

Invoices are due within 14 days unless another schedule is defined. Late payments may incur 1.5% monthly interest plus recovery of collection costs. Taxes, duties, and bank charges are the client’s responsibility.

6. Warranties & disclaimers

We warrant that services will be performed with reasonable care and skill. Except as explicitly stated, services and the website are provided “as is” without warranties of merchantability, fitness, or non-infringement.

7. Liability

Our aggregate liability arising from the services or this site is limited to the fees paid to us for the relevant services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement for material breach with 15 days’ written notice if the breach is not cured. Sections relating to confidentiality, IP, payment, and liability survive termination.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of NSW courts.
